What is your return policy on live plants?
We offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first month, please send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to comply with agricultural regulations and to ensure the shortest possible travel time for our living products.
Can I track my furniture or large decor delivery?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. For oversized furniture items, our white-glove delivery partner will call you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Are the pots and planters included with the plants?
Unless specified as a 'potted set,' plants are shipped in their nursery grow pots. We offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be purchased separately.
